Considerations While Looking For Property:
- Elbow Room: Generally, people want some space between them and their neighbors. Hanuinui has building code to prevent houses form being too close, yet still leaves plenty of room for a nice sized house.
- To Terraform, Or Not To Terraform: When you look around, do you find you like rolling hills, or rocky cliffs, rivers, lagoons, lakes, ponds? What if you log in one day and those features you liked are gone? SSD Properties are no terraform, meaning SSD properties will always look the way they did when you bought them.
- Building on Uneaven Land: Do you need flat land to build, or place a prefab? NO! SSD provides placement sevices for your first home, to get you settled in comfortably, I'll even personally help you select a house that will work nicely on your land if you like, then place it for you using one of several construction techniqes.
- Land Area vs Water: If you need land around your house for space, shouldn't it be nice looking? Do you like to boat, jet ski, swim, dive, enjoy sealife? Water is a better investment than you might think, and you need room for recreation and entertaining. Also remember that most people like to have a skybox for private activities, so dry land is not always your best choice. Hanuinui reef lots are in high demand and are up to %60 water! Since you can build over the water, up to 10m from the sim edge, glass floors in a house might be a nice idea, expecially with a texture changer for when you dont want to see your reef.
